Prices in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. One plan, no tiers.
There is one plan. It costs CA$249 a month, plus a one-off setup fee of CA$499 that pays for building your site. Both are shown plus applicable taxes.
The minimum term is 12 months, counted from the day your site goes live. After that, the plan runs month to month and either side can end it with written notice.
Nothing on this site is priced any other way: no tiers, no launch discount, no “from” price that grows later. If you ask for work outside the plan, such as a new kind of page or a feature the plan doesn’t cover, we tell you the price in writing first, and nothing is charged unless you agree.
About tax
Prices are shown before sales tax because the tax depends on your province and on the supplier’s registration. The Competition Bureau’s guidance lets a price leave out charges imposed by government, such as sales tax 1 , but not other fees. There are no other fees.
What the monthly fee includes
| Item | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Website build | Designed and built from your content, live within 14 days of us receiving it. You review every page before launch. |
| Pages for your products | Window types, doors, service areas, a project gallery, about and contact, arranged the way you sell. |
| Quote request form | Asks for the openings, quantity, home type and timeline. Sent to your inbox. |
| Hosting | Your site on static hosting. No separate hosting bill. |
| SSL certificate | The padlock and https address, renewed automatically. |
| Security updates | We keep the site’s code and dependencies patched. |
| Content edits | Up to 5 changes a month to existing pages: photos, products, hours, areas, seasonal notes. |
| Inquiry report | Each month, the number of quote requests and messages the site sent you. |
| Search basics | Page titles, descriptions, structured data and a sitemap, set up at build. No ranking is promised. |
What the plan doesn’t include
| Item | Why, and what to do instead |
|---|---|
| Paid ads and ad spend | Google Ads or social ads are a separate service with their own budget. The site can receive that traffic, but we don’t run campaigns. |
| Logo and brand design | We use your existing logo. If you don’t have one, a clean text wordmark of your business name is used until you do. |
| Writing your content | You supply words, photos, product details and prices. The content checklist tells you what to send, and we lay it out. |
| Domain registration fees | The domain is registered in your business name and you pay the registrar directly, so it stays yours. |
Nothing else is charged. Work outside the plan is quoted in writing first and only done if you agree.
The minimum term, and how cancelling works
- Minimum term
- 12 months from the day your site goes live.
- After the minimum term
- Month to month. Either side ends it with written notice before the next billing date; it finishes at the end of the paid month.
- Leaving during the term
- You can give notice, and the remaining monthly fees for the minimum term stay payable.
- If we breach the terms
- If we seriously breach the plan terms and don’t fix it within 14 days of your written notice, you can leave without paying the rest of the term.
- Setup fee
- Pays for the build. Not refunded once the build has started, except where the law says otherwise.
- Price changes
- Only after the minimum term, with at least 30 days’ written notice. You can leave before a new price starts.
The full wording is in the plan terms.
What the plan costs over time
Before tax, at the published price.
| Period | Calculation | Total |
|---|---|---|
| First 12 months | CA$499 setup + 12 × CA$249 | CA$3,487 |
| Each later year | 12 × CA$249 | CA$2,988 |
| Each later month | Month to month | CA$249 |
The yearly figure covers the site, hosting, security updates, up to 60 content edits over the year and twelve inquiry reports. Domain registration is paid separately to your registrar.

Before you ask
“I already paid for a site that never worked.”
Here the price, scope and edits are written down before you start, and you approve the site before launch. If we seriously breach the terms and don’t fix it in 14 days, you can leave.
“I’m not technical.”
You don’t need to be. You answer the checklist, send photos and check the preview on your phone. Edits are an email.
“What do I have to supply?”
Business details, your service area, the products you install, photos of your work, and the prices or ranges you want shown. The content checklist lists it all.
“What if I want to leave?”
After 12 months, give notice before the next billing date. Your domain and the content you supplied stay yours, and we help you move.
Pricing questions
What does the website plan cost?
CA$249 a month plus a one-off setup fee of CA$499, plus applicable taxes. There is one plan, with no tiers, no add-on bundles and no promotional price. The minimum term is 12 months from the day your site goes live, then it continues month to month.
Which taxes are added to the price?
Prices are shown before sales tax. Depending on your province, GST, HST, PST or QST may apply. The tax on your invoice depends on where your business is and on the registration of the business that supplies the plan, which is named on this site before launch. We don't show a tax rate we can't confirm.
Can I cancel during the first 12 months?
You can give written notice at any time, but the monthly fees for the rest of the 12-month minimum term stay payable. The exception is if we seriously breach the plan terms and don't fix it within 14 days of you telling us: then you can end the plan without paying the rest of the term.
What happens after the 12-month minimum term?
The plan continues month to month at the same price unless we give you at least 30 days of written notice of a change. Either side can end it with written notice before the next billing date, and it finishes at the end of the month already paid for.
Who owns the domain name?
You do. The domain is registered in your business name, with your business as the registrant, and you pay the registrar directly. If you already own a domain, we connect the new site to it. If the plan ends, we help you point the domain wherever you choose.
Who owns the words and photos on my site?
Your business keeps ownership of everything it supplies: text, photos of your installs, your logo, product details and prices. We keep the rights in our own code and templates. When the plan ends, we send you a copy of the content you supplied on request.
What happens to my site if I leave?
We stop hosting it at the end of the notice period, send you the content you supplied on request, and help you point your domain to a new host. Because we keep the rights in our code and design system, the site itself isn’t transferred, but your words, photos and domain are yours.
Where is my customers’ information stored?
Inquiries from your site are sent to you and held only to deliver them, keep the site secure and count them for your monthly report. We don’t sell them or use them for our own marketing. The privacy policy lists the services involved and where they are based.
